Customer Satisfaction is Our Top Priority!  Every Product you purchase, must be received free of defects or you may return the item immediately for replacement or refund.

You must notify us by email at, accentsngifts@verizon.net within 3 days of receiving your merchandise if there is damage and for return approval.  The item must be returned to us in the same package within 2 weeks of the delivery date.  When we receive your merchandise, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping charge.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders placed online may be cancelled prior to the order being processed, usually within 24 hours.  You must call (304)369-3699 to cancel or email at accentsngifts@verizon.net with cancel order in the subject line.

Shipping Policy:

Each order is processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders will be shipped either by USPS or UPS which ever is most appropriate for your order.  Your merchandise should be received within 3-7 business days.

Packing & Shipping Cost:

We charge a small $2.00 fee for packing materials (box, wrap & tape etc.).  We offer a very economical shipping rate of $7.50 for orders under $75.00 and free shipping on orders over $75.00.   If it is necessary to ship any method other than UPS Ground or USPS priority,  You will incurr an additional freight charge because it will be necessary to send by airmail.  These address' can include APO military or foreign countries.  There will be a charge based on the location and the amount of product purchased and size of package.  We will email you the shipping cost, for your approval before mailing.  We will charge exactly what the shipper charges to airmail your order.  Some products may have extra shipping also due to size or weight.  If there is any change to your shipping charges, we will notify you by email to get your approval, always.
