Can I use any credit card for payment?

You may use Mastercard and Visa to pay us directly through our shopping cart. However, you can choose PayPal through our shopping cart and pay with any credit card or your checking account.  If you pay by checking account your merchandise will not be shipped out until the check has cleared your account.  This could cause a delay in the shipment of your order by at least 3 days.

How long should it take to receive my order?

We process your order within 24 to 48 hours and you should receive your merchandise within 7-10 business days.  You can receive your order quicker by requesting rush, however there is a charge for this service.

Can I place my order without putting it online?

You may process your order online but if you want to talk to us directly you may call us at (304)369-3699, Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 10:30am - 4:00pm Eastern time, or you can email us 24 hours a day at accentsngifts@verizon.net .

What steps do I take if my order is damaged?

You can email us at accentsngifts@verizon.net immediately with details that your order is damaged.  We will give you details of our process at that time and we will get your items replaced immediately.
